While the traditional 'hands in face space' will undoubtedly remain a part of our daily program, it's clear that trust is growing and connections between face-to-face are happening. However, Rotary has evolved. Rotary is a network which fosters lasting friendships. We've improved the way we conduct meeting online for business as well as reintroducing activities for service and social using a friendly face-toface approach. For the sake of building the foundation for a brighter future for Rotary, we have used the opportunities of the pandemic as well as our traditional practices. It was encouraging to learn that 75 percent of Rotary clubs plan to continue their "business like usual" activities. During the summer the majority of Rotary club members have been seen in the public, focusing their attention on a variety of projects including river and beach cleanings and litter pick-ups.
